The Ragnarok Online gunslinger is just what it sounds like; it uses a variety of guns and ranged weapons to annihilate enemies on the field of battle. Gunslingers are an archer type of class, as they are restricted to archer type of gear except for their weapons. There are five different types of weapons that RO gunslingers can use. These are: Handguns, Shotguns, Rifles, Gattling guns, and Grenade launchers. Each of these guns does full damage no matter what size of enemy you’re fighting; this is one of the advantages to having a gunslinger.
Ragnarok Online gunslingers do have more HP then your typical ranged class but like all ranged classes are vulnerable unless attacking from afar. They do offer you the chance to kill things at a distance while not having to take the damage from melee attacks, but if you do they do have that extra HP just in case. Unlike the other types of archer classes the RO gunslinger uses bullets and spheres to shoot their enemies down.
If you want to become a Ragnarok gunslinger then you’ll have to do the quest at level 10 like everyone else. While not hard, it does require you to do a bit of traveling and get a few things in order to complete the steps. You will need to seek out Master Miller who can be found in Einbroch. Once you’ve completed the quest chain you can become a gunslinger and gain some pretty cool skills. One of the interesting things about Ragnarok Online gunslingers is that they get coin skills. They take one zeny and flip it to get a gold coin that can be used in certain attacks, heads you get a coin and tails you lose one.
